The interview was awesome and quick. There were three rounds, each one longer than the next, and the third was a full day shadowing. They offer paid training for a week before on our own, which was very helpful.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cardinal Business Concepts (Glen Allen, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Cale briefly decides if you are dumb enough to be fooled into accepting the position. Once that is established, your slavery can begin! You will be told you will make minimum wage, you will be lucky to make more than $2.00 dollars per hour. Yes seriously, they pay worse than Chinese slave labor camps!

Interview
During the first round of interviews, I was called interviewed, basically asked some general questions about experience and given a "pitch" almost. The interviewer didn't even explain the job role or the what the company does, she breezed through it and said all of that would "be discussed in detail at the second interview". I was told that they would be making decisions by the end of the night and that if I was being considered for the second interview, I would be called. I received a call and was asked to come in for a 2nd interview, in which I was interviewed together with another young lady. During that time, the company structure, campaign, and process was explained, and I was again told that they would be making decisions by 6:00 pm that night. Received a call, saying that I had been chosen and wanted me to start immediately. It just seemed very rushed and vague, and as a rule, I've learned this generally means something is being skipped over purposefully. I understand that turnovers in sales positions is very high and so they need to get as many employees in as possible, but I do feel that if they could be more upfront with the job details, they'd weed out the people who aren't interested in that type of position and lower the turnover rate. Plus, being forthright is just the right thing to do.
