Cardiff and Vale UHB interview questions

Asked a range of questions about what I thought the job was, how I would tackle certain situations such as a friend/relative asking for results. How I'd manage stressful or rude colleague situations

Cold panel, old fashioned formulaic style, no smiles or any effort to put interviewee at ease whatsoever. Not personable or interested in you as an individual. My would-be-boss even yawned in my face while answering a question during my interview. Used unnecessary trick questions to trip you up on a technicality. Luckily I fully expected this from identical interviews from the same health board so was prepared for the worst.
