This business is very disorganized. Engineering department was interviewing for candidates by didn't have approval to do so. Consequently, I wasted time on skills assessment and 4 hours of interview. How on earth does a company waste a candidates time. I could have accepted other opportunities. Moreover, who looks for new employees with out approval to do so. Really? Interviews consisted of: 1. Initial 2. Technical 3. Management. The initial interview was Q&A. The technical interview was proceeded by a skills assessment covering Laravel, VueJS and Testing. And, followed by a interview with development team. Management interview was with team lead and VP of Corporate Development.
