Enjoyed working on coding problems that seemed to be related to work that would be done on their deployed tech. Nice people and seemed like a fun environment to grow in.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carbon Robotics in Apr 2025
Interview
I had an initial screening interview with a recruiter at Carbon Robotics (Seattle WA), which went well. We then scheduled a specific time for an interview with the hiring manager. However, the hiring manager never showed up. No cancellation, no rescheduling, no communication whatsoever.
I followed up multiple times via email and never received any response. Unfortunately, after a formally scheduled interview, there was no further engagement. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior, especially for a company that claims to value candidates time and efforts.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked typical questions about my past experience and some behavioral scenarios.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carbon Robotics (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Before the interview, there was a questionnaire about previous experience with things such as databases, concurrency and IPC. I had a single interview with the Software Engineering manager. He gave some details about the company, what they were looking for, and asked me the details of a project I worked on, then asked some questions about the project (do your best to have a project to discuss that is related to the role). Then I had about 15 minutes to ask questions. No further interviews.
