I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Caravan Health (Schenectady, NY)
Interview
Communication was very loose and not very responsive. Like most posts, the interviews started with the screener, followed up by 2 Sr. Leaders and then a final interview with others whom would share the same job title.
I was shocked to find out that one interviewer had only 3 months experience… also, I had more experience than anyone interviewing me which was also a surprise. The entire interview process was duplicative. They never asked once about my job experience and my fit for the role. Every question was “behavioral” based which I understand the need for… however, it was EVERY question and all 3 interviews was just a duplicated behavioral test. Felt more like a high school personality test more than a job interview. Again, understanding the need for a cultural fit, but, to merely disregard content on experience was surprising. I would hope they would conduct more of a hybrid approach with a mix of content and behavioral questions.
I had to reach out to find out the job was filled.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All behavioral questions like “tell me a time you were uncomfortable”, “name a time you were stressed”, “how do you deal with difficult people” …
Not one question about qualifications or experience.
