They kept me strung along for months and then ghosted me. After a while they just stop answering you, even if they said they wanted you on the team. I was told I was a great candidate and that I would be hearing backing within days, and then my emails and calls started being ignored.

My interview process was similar to other reviews. I was paired with a recruiter who walked me through the process, which was so helpful and I felt so prepared for each step. It started with two calls with the recruiter before getting to talk with the team I would join. Then I had a final interview that presented me with an offer at the end. Very smooth and consistent experience!

Interview
You’re in contact with a recruiter the entire time who preps you for the interview. The recruiter will match you with a team that is hiring after passing the initial screening. The team specific interview is long, since it’s basically 3 people rotating in to interview you. However it’s fairly easy, a mix of technical, behavioral, and get to know you questions. Everyone was so personable and kind!
