      UX Designer Interview

      6 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Saint Louis, MO
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CarShield (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2024

      Interview

Average interview process. Recruiter was communicative and respectful. I really liked the interview panel- they were very casual and honest about the work that would be done and transparent about how the team works, the history of the team, and what kind of change they wanted to see their new hire bring. I did not get an offer, but I was a strong candidate and if they reached out again in the future I would consider speaking to them again.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How I would feel about a 100% in-office role after being full time remote for the last 3 years.
