Easy process, applied online did phone interview. Was called in for an interview with Managers, did computer assessment thing, interviewed with managers, sent home ...got offer 3 days after. Did the drug test on my first day of work and the work verification on the first day as well.

About previous customer service experience, what makes you exceptional customer service person.
The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

Interview
You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

Interview
There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
