Interview
First step: technical interview with a half-hour conversation and questions about experience, followed by a half-hour coding challenge.
Very disappointed to witness a very outdated and unrealistic interview setup. The discussion about experience and the technical questions was alright, but then I was given a medium difficulty Leetcode exercise to actually solve with optimal complexity in under 30 minutes. I was very surprised, because I expected an easy one in such a short window, which would have been reasonable and let them see how I can code. It's sad how they discard years of experience and competence because they filter professionals by little games like this.

Interview
The interview process is a chain of four 1-hour meetings one after the other with no break. That's it. Apart from the bad interview process, they do not have the decency to reject you. It's sad that they want you to go through 4 hours of meetings and then ghost you.
