I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at CaptiveAire (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Interviews started with HR. (2) interviews with HR woman as a bit of a screening. Ask about yourself, background, experience etc. A couple more interviews with engineers/sales guys digging deeper into experience and knowledge. Everyone is pretty easy going and nice to speak with. Some technical questions at the end are not super hard if you went through Mech. Eng. degree.
