They jerked me around, complete waste of time. I originally applied in January and went through two sets of phone interviews with HR. Then they told me they didn't have a position in the location I was interested in. Two months later they email me again stating that they have an opening and wanted to know if I wanted to continue the interviewing process. I went through two more phone interviews. Then they wanted to fly me to their corporate HQ for in person interview. I interviewed with an engineering supervisor, the CEO, and an HR rep. Less than two days after my interview they emailed me again saying they didn't have a position that matched my skill set.
I applied online. I interviewed at CaptiveAire (Tampa, FL)
Interview
2 HR phone calls, 1 video call, then fly out to the job location to meet with the team. The first two calls are almost exactly the same and the video call was similar with a few technical questions
There were 4 total interviews. The first two interviews were with human resources on the phone, one with VP of engineering on the phone, and then a final with the regional manager in person.
