Capsule interview questions

Standard video interview with an HR screening. Then they will set you up with their management team. Then another interview with another manager. Usually 1-2 weeks between each interview. HR seems to be lagging on follow up.

Had a positive phone interview and the recruiter told me she would send me available times for an in-person interview. She never contacted me. Didn’t reply to my follow up. And then I received a stock email ten days later saying they were going in a different direction. Totally fine but I would have appreciated a response or more thoughtful follow up after leaving me hanging. This was in 2019 so hopefully things have improved with how they treat their candidates in the current market.
