Interview
First interview was with a recruiter who asked me a few easy questions and then tried to sell me on working there. 2nd interview was I got to ask a couple of them questions, what do you like here, that sort of thing. I then wrote a 'business plan' about how I'd sell insurance to my friends and family or get them to work with the companies they work at. 3rd interview I presented the plan and told them why I wanted to work there and ask some other questions.

Interview
Basically they ask behavioral questions in the beginning and then they try and sell you on the company. It is basically like interviewing to take a vacant chair at a hair salon. You have to pay a lot of money out of your pocket to work with them. They don't invest in you.
