After I submitted the resume, the manager gave me a call. We talked about the job responsibilities and why I was interested in. And I was invited in a one on one interview, he asked very basic question, nothing surprising. The manager was kind, and a second round followed up in that afternoon.

Dozens of people interviewing at about the same time. Smarmy interviewers. Unclear job description. They have you fill out a little sheet with your references and hobbies--yeah, your hobbies. Everyone is in and out in about 15 minutes. They have weird stadium pump-up music playing in the reception area. Apparently the company goes around to retail stores and does live product demonstrations. Not worth the time spent interviewing.
