It appears that they do a large hiring round at least once a year and train loads of people to fill the need for CSR's for OEP season. The interview consisted of a one-on-one interview with a recruiter and a skills test. One interview round and they responded almost immediately.

Interview
There is a wpm typing test, then an interview. If everything goes well you will schedule your class starting date. If you pass the certification process you will go into a temporary position and after 60 days if all is well you may be eligible for a permanent position.
