Interview
I applied and was called to setup interview which was scheduled on there behalf. Interview day showed up and had to take a basic technical test before the interview. Multiple people are scheduled around the same time. Once you finish the test you hand in the test to the admin and wait to be called for the interview this is prior to covid. Once called the admin escorts you to a conference room with 7 people. Technical Manger, 2 field techs, an principle of an elementary school, several teachers. They give you a cup of water and a sheet of people with multiple questions and tell you these are some of the questions we will be asking you please read them first and we will begin. Then they start around the room each person takes a turn asking questions some are not even technical. When the IT field techs take their turn and ask you to explain wireless technology term and make funny faces to each other very unprofessional

Interview
The interview was with a group of people, who offered their names but not positions. The waiting area was next to the interview room, and waiting candidates could hear all of the ongoing interviews. There was no one to greet candidates. Interviews were running 10-20 behind schedule, and questions were rushed to try and make up time. I was reminded of the schedule t h Rene times during my interview. The questions were scripted and taped to the table. No time was given to me at the end to ask questions or present materials I had brought along.
