I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2012
Interview
After you apply and are selected to move on to the interview process you have an initial phone interview very basic, then you have another interview via phone some of the same questions, then a final phone interview. I feel this was the most easy job to get. the interview process was highly easy and they made it very easy to nail it. They provide you with materials to do a good job on the final interview. All the people I dealt with through the process were extremely nice, laid back, and friendly.
I actually had to turn down the offer b/c of family matters with daycare and school, and almost a month later, I got back in contact with my recruiter and explained things had changed and I would be able to take the position if they had another class available. They were so kind to take me back even though from past experiences people who did what I did never ended up starting. I start October 15th, 2012
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
n/a all questions were behavioral interview questions which they actually provide you with a list of similar questions they might ask(they want you to pass the interview so they make it very easy).
they go off of the STAR interview response method. to nail the final interview you absolutely want to follow the STAR method. Situation, Task, Action, Results (i think) then at the end of the final interview they did the most simple role play ever possible.
