Capital One Associate, Process Management interview questions

The first interview was a case study followed by a Power Day, which consisted of 3 interviews (x2 behavioural and x1 job fit). Upon completing their entire interview process, which was relatively easy but lengthy, I was left without any response for 3 weeks, even after politely following up. The recruiter's name is Mariam, and keeping a candidate in an anxiety-ridden state after such a lengthy interview process is completely unprofessional. I only found out I didn't make the cut when I checked Workday 3 weeks later. An email would've been nice.
