I only got a first round interview. They sent me a “playbook” to study for cases with some sample cases and questions. They also sent me a document with exactly how the interview was going to be handled with some hints at what typical questions were going to be.

How would you increase the revenue for the company from sources other than the customer?
2 step process. 1 product discovery with a manager, then superday (4 interviews back to back to back to back). This process was over a month, and the superday was about 5 hours.

The product discovery question was similar to the re-design the DMV question. Overall not too hard, one of the cases were a little more difficult, related to covid and more niche.
