The interview process for a Product position at Capital One is well documented. It consists of a recruiter call, phone screen "Mini-Case", and a "Power Day" consisting of 4 hours of interviews. Although there are certainly more difficult interview processes, C1 boasts a very involved and drawn out process. From booking my call with the recruiter to hearing a response took 26 days. I know exactly where I fell short during Power Day, but it still feels unfortunate that underperforming in one interview can nullify the successes of the 5 other hours of interviewing.
