The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Plano, TX)
Interview
2 rounds:
1) on campus interview : purely experience and behavioral
2) on site : the on site was composed of 3 separate one on ones about 45 mins each. First was a behavior and experiences interview. Then came the technical interview which was actually relatively harder than most technical interviews. Finally was the case study question which involved simple math to weigh the cost of two options.

Question 1
Draw a class diagram for this blah blah blah system. Simpler than it sounds if you are familiar with OOP.
Right after applying, you get the codesignal assessment. Pretty straightforward, common LeetCode questions. Waited a while after, then did first round interview. They ask resume stuff and then maybe a similar LeetCode question.
I applied online and received an online assessment shortly after. Once I completed it, a recruiter contacted me to schedule a Power Day interview. The Power Day lasted about three hours and included a case interview, a behavioral interview, and a technical interview.
