Multiple Phone interviews with Executive Assistants, hiring manager in person interview with STAR type questions - Situation, Task, Action and Result. After the interviews, i was contacted about one week later and offered a position in McLean supporting a senior level official.
Overall experience of the interview - fast-paced but sweat shop type workload and lots of backstabbing. You also have to deal with the country side of the company known as Richmond. Lots of non-educated, red-neck types
Multiple rounds with different interviewers, but the recruiting coordinator was extremely helpful. She walked me through the whole process and what I could expect. While I did not get the position I was a runner up and was told they would reach out if they found something I might be a good fit for. They kept true to their word and I was called a few months later, but unfortunately I was already employed by that time. Great interview process.

Interview
I spoke with the recruiter and she asked a lot of standard questions and task related questions. The downside was that she could not provide me with a salary range of what they were willing to pay me and I could only give her an amount and she would be able to tell me if that fell within the range. I thought the interview went well but I ended up receiving an automated email a few days later saying they went with another candidate. On the bright side, I ended up accepting a job offer at another company that gave me a salary range and I was able to negotiate higher.
For a large corporation, they seem to be faster in starting the interview process by utilizing technology to have phone/conference call interviews first. Very pleasant, looking forward to actually meeting everyone next week.
