I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Campus Placement :
1. There was a test on Data Interpretation. 30 questions in 35 mins. I answered 27.
2. Interview: There were three rounds-2 case interviews and one behavioral. One case was on credit cards and whether to introduce payback or not. Another one is use of postal service by Capital One. It is related to US postal service and Courier with certain constraints. In behavioral interview, the interviewer asked three situations to which you have to narrate a life experience.

Question 1
Postal service case was a bit difficult but interviewer guides you nicely.
Laborious process with little communication throughout. Recruiter initially cancelled the first interview just minutes beforehand and in the email cancelling it they patted themselves on the back for being "ahead of it" (ironic?) Went through several more rounds of interviews and was ultimately unimpressed by the process and lack of transparency throughout.
Very drawn out and the situational portion was nerve wracking. Did not get offered job but the communication was great from the recruiter and assisted with all questions along the way.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Alabang)
Interview
Video interviews only. Second level interviewer was in a rush and interrupts while I was speaking. I made it to the final interview but received a regret letter a few days later. I asked for tips on how can I improve but did not get a reply.
