Had to take a few online assessments about your skills and behavior before being asked to come in for a 1:1 interview. The actual interview was a case study, lots of break-even point calculations. Took about 40 minutes. They want to see how you would do in a "real" situation with a client. Don't expect the interviewer to ask you any questions about yourself but do bring questions that you have about the company.
