Applied online, then had to complete online assessment, then had a one-way video interview. Never received any feedback or interaction with a person, despite putting hours into it on my end. In between each stage, it's ages (multiple weeks) before you get any response. Seems a very poor process and it's unclear what they are after. It is the same for other roles I've applied for with them.
