      Interview

      The interview process was great. The initial interview/phone screen was basic because they are trying to determine your ability to speak clearly and professionally over the phone. These positions are answering high-level customer service calls. If you pass the screening, you will be directed to online assessments and 'mock' phone calls. You will need to complete the 'mock' session in a quiet environment as you will need to concentrate on your responses. If that is completed successfully, you'll receive a follow-up phone interview. That was a little more intense and consisted mostly of behavioral-based interview questions. There is role-play question at the end where you will need to demonstrate your ability to resolve a customer concern.

      I applied online and was sent an assessment. A week later I was invited to do a one way video interview where you play a video that asks a question and then you record your answer. Mostly behavioral and situational customer service questions. About 2 weeks later I received an email from the recruiter with some details about the job and asking to set up a quick phone interview with her. I was excited to hear back and set up the phone interview ASAP. She called about 45 mins after the time I had scheduled and it kinda went downhill from there. The later time than expected wasn't a big deal but her voice was so muffled over the phone I could barely understand/hear what she was saying. I don't know if something was wrong with her phone or what. There was some noise in the background too. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. It seemed very rushed and she hung up before I could even finish thanking her and saying goodbye. I felt pretty good about the process until I spoke to the recruiter. She called the next day and informed me that I didn't get the job and this time, I could actually hear her and make out what she was saying. Ha! Oh well.

      It was quick and easy. I did the online video interview which asked simple questions relating to experience and why I'd like the job. I received a call from the recruiter same day very shortly after. She explained details about the job and we set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. 3 days later I completed that. And 4 business days later I received the offer and options of shifts to choo'se from. Super smooth process.
