Interview
All expenses paid - Super Day at the Richmond campus. Everyone was incredibly friendly and encouraging. Capital One clearly invests in their employees - given the treatment to potential new hires. Interviews are fair and MUST be prepared for. They put you in the absolute best position to do your best. I was joyfully overwhelmed at the level of care and investment they make in potential hires. Very grateful for this interview process and VERY excited to begin work with Capital One.

2nd Round - Super day - Case, Behavioral, and Job Fit interviews
Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful.
For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.

I wish the interview process was faster. It was difficult to connect to some of the interviewers during it, most were stone cold which is surprising for capital one especially since they recruited me initially

First round was a behavioral interview. If you move on to the second round you have a Power day which consist of 3 interviews. Another behavioral, job fit, & case interview.
