The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2011
Interview
First round interview (a very number oriented case) took place on campus. I was notified within a week that I had passed the first round interview and was invited for an on-site interview day. The on-site interview consisted of a nice dinner on Thursday night and then interviews and a campus tour all Friday morning. They took care of everything (hotel, airfare, and ground transportation) and reimbursed me for everything they didn't pay for themselves. The on-site interview consisted of 3 rounds (two more cases and one behavioral interview where they get to know you). I was notified within 24 hours that I had received an offer.

Question 1
After completing a case: please explain to me in detail everything you just did and why you think it'd be applicable here at Capital One.
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
