Capital Marketing Solutions interview questions

I drove 1 1/2 hours both ways for two ten minute interviews, and was then offered the job via phone. I'm not sure what to make of the company so far, especially given their association with Smart Circle. I don't know if I will accept this position or not currently.

Very professional setting. Asked questions about myself and briefly explained what the company does. He was dressed very professionally and made me excited for the job! I was sent the background check during the interview and started working a few days later. I give the Interview Process FIVE STARS!
