Interview
The process consisted of me taking a 20 question general math test with the use of a calculator. A sample question would be what is 12% of $3,465. After that they would give you a paper application to fill out and have you answer questions about your goals and ambitions. Then, they would bring you into a small office where you would be interviewed one on one. The woman interviewing me literally asked 2 or 3 questions. How was my attendance? Am i a convicted felon? Do i have any violent tendencies? That was it

Interview
Very Judgemental by HR but also polite when asking questions. She was asking about other agents and how I knew them. Very unnecessary to me and also unprofessional. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone seen or even spoke to me.
