Capital Cardiology Associates interview questions

Interviewed first with HR department where HR representative went over salary, time off, benefits, etc. If still interested, you were interviewed by future direct supervisor. It was a basic interview discussing myself and answering scenario questions. Next step was shadowing a current employee for an hour or two. After this, if still interested, you were offered the position pending background check/drug screening.
