Interview
Job was never posted, I was asked if I wanted the position and I accepted. I was told that I had tenacity and that was all that mattered. My background is childhood education and being a PR Manager at a major bookstore and I've been at this company three years and pleased to know how highly I'm thought of for them to offer me a Directors position and provide me with all the resources and authority to do my job, therefore I expeditiously accepted the position.

Hiring process was great, at this time I don't how it is now, due to a new CEO, and new changes. Capital Area Transit Systems is a great work force, but if you stay to yourself, do your work, and mind your business, you will do just fine in this environment.
