One interview with two interviewers. A set of competency based questions and discussion around my most recent experience of work, talking through my CV and my general skillset. The interview was fairly distant, there wasn't a huge sense of rapport or encouragement.

The recruitment process is often lengthy and poorly managed, with multiple interview rounds causing unnecessary delays and candidates frequently learning they are not shortlisted only after reaching advanced stages. Interview schedules are not adhered to, resulting in long waiting times and a poor candidate experience. In many cases, junior staff conduct interviews for senior positions despite lacking the required expertise to assess experienced professionals effectively. This creates frustration, weakens employer branding, and leads to the loss of strong candidates who may choose more professional and efficient organizations.
