      Interpreter Interview

      21 Apr 2016
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capita (London, England) in Jan 2012

      Interview

There was no interview for interpreters, only filling out a profile on line and uploading qualification not that any weight was given to qualification because more important was to pay very little to many people to keep unemployment rate down.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

there was no interview nor any question. The whole process was a cunning practice to make Gavin Wheeldon richer and raise the share prices of Capita using the ÂŁ350M they secured from the ministry of justice at the expense of cutting interpreters pay to a pea nut.
