Long story short it was an interrogation process. It was the most uncomfortable interview I had ever been on. They are more worried about your personality and "ability to learn" than your skills and experience. I have worked in the industry most of my life and the way they spoke to me and questioned me was extremely demeaning. They have a very "I know more than you and if you don't listen to me you will get fired" type of attitude. NO THANKS.
