1. Capgemini recruiter reached out to me, discussed and asked to apply for a job position listed on company career site.
2. Recruiter scheduled the interviews.
3. After the successful completion of interview process, I received the confirmation from Capgemini recruiter on moving ahead.
4. Recruiter discussed and negotiated the offer on phone.
5. Recruiter sent the offer and position details on email asking for agreement and confirmation from my end.
6. I sent the Confirmation to the recruiter on email.
7. Recruiter mentioned that I would receive an official offer from HR in few days and approvals may take some time.
8. Meanwhile recruiter sent the job posting LCA notice and asked to return it signed after notice expires in 10 days.
It has been 5 weeks since the offer was mutually agreed. I have not received any official offer from HR yet.
I never experienced this much delay before in my professional career and I certainly not expected it with brands like Capgemini.
When i tried to follow up with the recruiter, she tells me that "The management wants to make sure that the internal bench candidates are checked before offer is released to an external resource"
Excuse me, Really ?? Total waste of my time and efforts ...
