The first stage was a lengthy application form including CV, covering letter and application questions specific to the role, thereafter an online pre-recorded interview with 4 assessed questions then online virtual assessment centre.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent

Assessment Centre - A gc activity and 15 questions for a 1on1. GC Activity was on sustainability but doesn't require knowledge on the company sustainability to perform well but would help at the same time 15 questions all basic i.e why this role and a time you worked well in a team (I think this was a question or something similar - just have several examples ready to refer to and you will be perfectly fine)

Can't rememebr all of them but nothing you wouldn't be prepared for tbh. The whole process is not difficult very straightforward.
