I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
- First a phone interview with HR to determine all the basics: who are you, what are you looking for, making sure I had the basic storytelling skills
- Next, a joint interview with a principal and MD
- Most questions were re: my business, my clients, who we knew/had worked with in common, etc.
- Very relaxed, conversational, plenty of opportunity to tell my story

Question 1
Describe a project you worked on where you had to choose/recommend metrics to measure a process
I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent (London, England) in Sept 2017
Interview
Online application, then had a one hour telephone interview, after successfully passing this, went to an assessment centre which was actually ok, but group work was quite hard as you are working with people you have never met and relying on them as well to make it a success! Made you feel very welcome though and a good experience

Question 1
Questions were ok except that judgment did not appear too ok. The interviewer was looking for something else and already made up his mind during the role play before the one-to-one interview.
