Quite surprised and disappointed at how unprofessional the application process was; conflicting emails, poor communication and consequently a lot of my time wasted.
Applied within a couple of days of the scheme opening (late October). Completed the tests but it wasn't until late December that I chased up on Capgemini for an update after receiving no contact. After being told I was no longer being considered for the March Intake coupled with being told that my application was being put on hold 'due to a large volume of applications received', I sent another email highlighting my confusion and disappointment. I was then subsequently, invited for an online interview in January. Having completed this interview, I was still being sent multiple interview requests which created even more confusion over the matter.
I have friends who were invited to AC's and Interviews before me (despite sending off their applications after myself) and having been rejected with no suitable feedback, I can only assume Capgemini hit their quota for AC attendees.
A 4 month process that could have easily been condensed to a couple of weeks.
