There were three interview Rounds
Technical interview ( Importance Round)
Managerial with Technical Interview ( Concept and Communication check)
HR interview Round ( Salary Discussion & Offer Generation)
Wait for Offer letter and do follow up with HR
Online only. Recorded Interview with pre-determined questions. Followed by a round of online questions aimed at processing speeds and style of thought. The last round of the interview was a day group event where similar puzzle style activities where planned, with some individual tasks snuck in. Key leadership skills and authority was noted however, fairness remained a consistent theme.
