Interview
The interview process is a multi-stage method used by employers to find and hire the best candidates for a job. While the exact steps can vary by company and role, here's a general overview of what to expect:
1. Application:
The process typically begins with you submitting an application, usually online, which includes your resume/CV and sometimes a cover letter.
2. Initial Screening (Phone or Video):
* Purpose: Many employers conduct a preliminary screening to determine if candidates meet the basic requirements for the job.
* Format: This is often a short phone call or video call with a recruiter or HR representative.
* Questions: You might be asked about your work experience, interest in the role and company, key skills, salary expectations, and availability. This is also where they might clarify any employment gaps or visa requirements.
