The process is very bad in experience and I have given interviews in multiple companies but this is the worst HR team I experienced ever. I am not saying this because I am not selected for the role. I came to know that there is no post vacant for the role for which I interviewed then why my application is on hold for one month?
Don’t play with candidates future like this.
The interviewer who has taken the second round he told me that I have cleared you in the second round and after that I got an email from HR that my second round was bot cleared.
Don’t know they are thinking that candidates life a joke for them.
“WORST HR TEAM OF A WORST COMPANY”= CAPGEMINI.
