I got interviewed and cleared first round but post that HR asked me salary expectations again which she told she is trying to get approval from 2 weeks.
Finally they rejected mention the experience and expectation. When they lnew this before they should not have proceeded with interview.
Secondly they gave the same salary which i asked for some with less experience and there was another candidate who has same experience as this person but still the gave him less salary. Not sure how they offer 2 different salary for same years of experience people. What is this calculation can someone explain?
