Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds including a technical screening, a panel interview with scenario-based questions, and HR round. They assessed my experience with weblogic, Apache tomcat, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge. and communication and problem-solving skills were also evaluated.

can you explain the steps you take to troubleshoot a weblogic server issue?
I explained that i start by checking the server logs, Identify any specific error codes validate configuration files like config.xml , check for deployment issues, and confirm resource availability heap, ports. If needed, I use admin console or WLST for deeper diagnosis.

It was good. Overall starting from resume shorlisting till getting offer the process was really smooth and received the interview feedback after the interview. I can say it is great experience to start with this

The interview process includes two rounds of technical interview and they have conducted it based on the available skill for candidate and job requirement on the subject also. The interview has been conducted as per the schedule timelines without delay and interviewer made us to feel comfortable during and throughout process of interview.
