Interview
Two back-to-back interview. One is technical and the other is behavioral. Both are very conversational and not strictly structured. Technical questions include topics on encryption, data storage, and data replication. Also asked about skills and experience listed on my resume. Overall good experience
There were two interviews and a meeting with a panel to ask questions. The panel was of employees who had previously participated in the RISE program so it was very informative.

Great week long program to show the inter-workings of consulting at Capgemini. Met some great and interesting people and learned a lot about the company. Received full time offer afterwards.
