Interview

Really friendly interviewer, felt like a conversation. they really wanted to get to know me as a person. It was less competency, but this was at graduate level so not sure what it would be like for seniors. All round very friendly pleasant experience.

Long interview process, not very responsive in getting back to you and wasn’t given any feedback regarding my interviews. I had 4 interview stages and the final being a half day assessment centre, which I was told I would hear the results of the week after, but in reality was not informed till a few weeks after and without any feedback.

There are total 2 rounds after which you will get offer letter Techincal and HR..the interview process was very quick and with in a week i got offer letter. My HR also help to process done quickely.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderābād) in Sept 2022

Interview

The interview flow was good and I hope this will be continued in the future also. Only 2 rounds are conducted i.e. first round for Introduction and basic questions on the domain subject and second round for pure technical. Everything went well and at last English test is to be written before HR discussion.
