My interview was for an internship while I was in college. It was fairly quick and easy, not much to say about it.
I was offered an full time job once I graduated college and took it. I never really had a real full time job interview.
Phone call with HR to schedule interview
One interview that combined HR and technical interview.
Basic python questions and live coding.
Basic SQL questions and live coding.
Response after one week.
Process was well organised
The interview was conducted online using the HireVue platform. It started with several questions about the candidate's background. Later, the process focused on complex business scenarios and essential soft skills assessments.
It was typical interview. Nothing too hard. Both a technical and behavioral interview was conducted. They asked things like why do you want to work at capgemini. I did not receive any offer.
