I interviewed at Capgemini for Sr. Java Developer role but even after multiple follow up, they were not replying to emails and not even sending me the confirmation email that i cleared the interview(I already checked with recruiter over phone call and she said i cleared the technical discussion round) .Also not even letting me know where it is stucked. It seems to be very poor recruitment process altogether.

It was great a experience, interviewer covered all the topics related to Java Developer role and it went smooth. Ambience was very good and all the members of Capgemini treated all the candidates well and good
