HR contacted me upon shortlisting my profile for interview. Interview happened as per schedule and interviewers were on time. totally it was 3 round interview 1 Technical, 2nd Technical and Managerial, 3rd HR round and salary discussion. Everything went smooth and as per plan.

There are 2 separate experiences: 1st one happened during Jan-Feb 2019. HR from Mumbai Vikhroli office invited me for interview at 10am. They make all the candidates wait until 1:15pm. Then finally my turn arrived for interview where they asked 3 simple generic DBA questions and ended the interview. I was surprised by the questions they asked to 9+ years experienced DBA! After 20 mins they announced some names (including mine) and stated that we have not cleared! Shockingly I asked the interviewer to which he responded that I do not hold any Oracle Cloud knowledge. The fact is that he did not ask me a single question on that, rather just by looking at my resume, he decided that. I felt super angry on the fact that why they shortlisted by resume when Oracle Cloud was missing in my resume ? They did not care to answer and asked me to leave. 2nd one happened during Oct 2013. I was already employed with Cap for more than 3.6 years. It was my last day and I noticed that my exit interview had not happened (which was a part of the exit process). I asked the HR about the same and she asked me what is the feedback I had to share. I had a feedback about the partial and favoritism behavior of our Manager. I started speaking about it, and she said you are leaving and we do not want to hear about Managers. I had no words to respond to such comments. The HR was not at all concerned to hear from departing employee about the Manager due to which that employee is leaving in first place! My recommendation to employees seeking work. If you are unable to get hired in any other company, only then you apply for Capgemini. The Capgemini Co, the way it used to be 12-15 years ago, it has worsened over time!

got a call from HR then the first round of interview is done after 3 days got called her for a second round witch is manger round after that I got the offer letter
