Interview
Got hired by Capgemini through On-Campus.The interview process basically had three rounds.
1.Written test comprising of analytical and logical questions.
2.Group Discussion-The dicussion was based mainly on day-to-day topics like global warming,business based topics,etc.
3.HR/Technical round-This was the final round.Questions were asked on the areas of interest.Questions included both technical and HR based questions.This HR panel had two members.
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
